Did you do it every day straight for a month? (i mean that is the idea right? :P)
When did you move to level 2? when you 'felt' ready or after a certain amount of time?
Did you 'see' results?
I did!!!!
I did it when I started work so I did it 3-4 times a week.
I did each level for 10 days.
I did see results, I think I would have seen more if my motivation wasn't what I was baking in the oven when I was doing the workout. (seriously lol)
