Hi! I'm interested in learning more about co-sleeping and the benefits. Does anyone have any good book recommendations? I would really like something that's not shoving it down my throat about why co-sleeping is the only way, just something presenting some facts or statistics.
Thanks!

Re: New here- book recommendations?
Look on dr sears website. Also, generally on here, co-sleeping is sharing your room with your child while bedsharing is having your baby in bed with you. The AAP actually recommends cosleeping for the first year as a sids prevention method
I hope that helps!
My benefit with cosleeping is we both have our own space and I can get her without moving a bunch. We also bedshare part of the night and I like that for easy feeding. I'm much too lazy with her eating as much as she is at night to get out of bed and walk in another room each time.
We have some recommendations on our website: https://www.becomingmamas.com/book-reviews/
Dr. Sears has a lot of good information about co-sleeping. The Baby Book talks about it and so does the Sleep Book. Pantley discusses it, but I don't think she necessarily recommends it - just says to do it if it works for you. James McKenna's website is also really helpful: https://www.nd.edu/~jmckenn1/lab/index.html
