I use my boring meatloaf recipe- meat, b-crumbs, diced onion mixed with egg, milk and ketchup...it's OK but I know there are some good ones out there....anybody have any suggestions? Maybe somehting with a sauce?
I tried it with the Hunts tomato basil (i think that is the flavor) when I mixed it up........and sometimes i add a small can of green chilies for a little kick
I added a can of rotel to spice it up a little, I also tried half beef half sausage and it was very good. I used a spicy jimmy dean sausage. Maybe try bbq sauce?

I don't have it with me, but if you go to the food network website, Tyler Florence has a recipe for meatloaf that is delicious! It has a tomato relish and is covered in bacon. It's the only one my DH will eat now.

I mix a can of Rotel in it, then form it in the pan, scoop out a little groove in the middle and stuff with cheese and green chilies, then cover the groove with meat. Sooo good!
