How do you post from your phone?

On my pump breaks I cant post anything using my phone

I have the my touch from T-mobile (HTC/Android phone) I know from home I post from my ipad using the HTML button but on my phone there is nothing I can do. Once I press the HTNL I can type but I dont know what to do from there, there is no buttons or options to press. Help!

On my iphone you have to disabe Java Script...can you do that on the Droid?
