OB recomendation out of Henry Ford West Bloomfield?

Hi there! I'm looking into Henry Ford West Bloomfield and need to find an OB. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? I'm going to be touring the hospital soon, however thought that if someone had good experiences in the past, that'd be a good start in choosing an OB. Thanks in advance. I'm really looking forward to checking out this hospital and some others before making my decision.

Hi there! I too am wondering the same thing.Check out Dr. Milo. She is VERY nice! She is my regular doctor, but when I called to get some info regarding trying to chose a OBGYN, they said she is a OBGYN as well.
How did you set up a tour of the hospital?
Thank you! Just going by pics on the website, that's who I was leaning towards. She looked like she would be nice! Thanks for the advice! As for the tour, I had emailed the hospital asking about it and they had someone call me. They have a tour on Thursday I guess - but I don't know if I'll be able to make that one with my husband's work schedule. I might have to try to set something else up.

There are 5 OB's, but they are all great!
I had DS1 at Huron Valley Sinai and DS2 at Henry Ford West Bloomfield.
I would choose Huron Valley Sinai over Henry Ford in a heartbeat.......BEST experience ever. I was very upset when we had to change to Henry Ford. I delivered there when they first made the move, so there were some issues. Some have been "fixed," but it still doesn't compare to my wonderful experience at Huron Valley Sinai

I have received more rec's from fam and friends about Women's Health in West Bloomfield and Huron Valley, now that you all have reccommended both, I am now conviced that I really should check this it out.

Thank you for the advice CMM05 and annapolis1 - I will definitely check out Womens Health Care Physicians. I was hoping to be able to make the tour on Thursday but it doesn't look like I'll be able to. I'll let you know if that changes!
I have an appointment with Dr. Milo on Monday. I have been seeing Dr. Theoharis and I do not like him. I also have seen Dr. Goldfarb there as well. I perfer a women dr so we will see. I can let you know how it goes on Monday.

Dr. Theoharris is my OBGYN and I have to say, he's not a very warm and fuzzy type....and I initially didn't like him very much. BUT he came HIGHLY recommended by my general practitioner and i trust my GP so I gave him a shot. And honestly, Dr. T turned out not to be so bad. Sure, he's not a "nicey nice" type, but he is VERY smart/well educated and knows what he's doing.
Unfortunately, during my pregnancy I had multiple complications and ended up seeing just about every OBGYN there at HF West. Bloom and I'll tell you I really did like Dr. Milo and Dr. Goldfarb as well. Dr. Davidson delivered my daughter and was a nice fellow as well. Check them out, you won't be dissappointed.

I'm now thinking that I might go with the Livonia office for my OB and then just deliver at WB. Livonia is closer to home for me and I know eventually I'll be making many appointments. I'm going to try to meet with Dr. Dudum - going in blind on this one, but hoping that I like her.
