Where was that article about breastfeeding in Mongolia?

Someone pointed out to me yesterday that I nurse DD anytime she gets grumpy (I'm fine with that, since it seems to be the quickest and simplest way to calm her down). I think I internalized that article on breastfeeding in Mongolia that was floating around a while back - does anyone remember where it was from?

It was from an old issue of Mothering -- I want to say mid 2009-ish. It was called ?Breastfeeding in the Land of Genghis Khan? by Ruth Kamnitzer. I don't think it's available online though.
