U/S showing possible enlarged kidney, so worried :(
I am trying not to stress out but definitely was so upset when the Dr. called this morning. I have to go for another ultrasound tomorrow with a specialist.
Has anyone had any experience with this?

Yes, my DD had an enalrged kidney. I'm now seeing the specialist because my son's is enlarged as well. With DD it wasn't a big deal. The specialist watched it and when she was born (early, for unrelated reasons) they put her on antibiotics. When she was 3 months old she had a dye test (really simple) at Egleston to check to see if there was reflux of urine going back from her bladder to her kidney. there wasn't. She has a follow-up dye test in Nov when she'll be 15 months.
Don't panic about it at all! It's one of the most common "abnormalities:" to show up on u/s and usually it resolves itself before the baby is born. Hang in there!
