Yep, that's me. I am going to see if I O'd last cycle (pre BC my periods were decent and lasted about 5 days, on BC, it was never heavy and lasted 2.5 or so). In a way, I hope I didn't bc I know there was nothing we could do last cycle but then I don't want to get worried I won't O this cycle.
My dr warned me a lot of women don't O the first cycle off BC. Did that stop me from getting my hopes up? Nope.
This month I'm armed with OPKs. If October is unsuccessful, I'll start temping next month (just not there yet).

I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

Good morning! Sorry about AF. I'm thinking that regardless of how your flow goes this month, going off BCP makes everything wacky, periods included. I don't know if it would be enough info to judge whether you O'd based on what your AF is like. Sorry-don't remember if you've mentioned it- you didn't chart this cycle, right? That and OPKs are going to tell you if you've Od.
Nope didn't chart. Will start in November if October is unsuccessful. I am using OPKs this month. I got the Clear Blue but not digital. I figure I'm going to start around CD 11 or 12 since there are 7 in the pack.
I did track my CM last month and will do that again this month.
The heaviest cycles I've ever had (aside from the one after my Lap surgery) were anovulatory cycles while regulating after BC. The lightest cycle I've ever had was after a normal ovulating cycle and I was monitored, so I know my lining had normal thickness then.

Sorry about AF - we are same CD this cycle. Why not start charting this month if you already got the OPKs and are concerned about O'ing? The OPK's can't really confirm O either but temps can help you to back up that information.
CD1 for me too. This past cycle I tried to "take it easy" and I didn't do my opks and I did temp but didn't check out my chart at all and it actually drove me more crazy when I went back and tried to make sense of everything. I've always just temped because it's the only way to really know you ovulate, since you can get a +opk and not ovulate and some people ovulate and never get a +opk.
Just some things to think about. GL this cycle.
