Hi ladies - this may be a silly question, sorry ahead of time.. Embarrassed

So, I have been using the first repsonse OPK's (last cycle I'm using these, next month I'm getting the cheapo's). The directions are very clear cut. You are supposed to take one out and quickly re-seal the package and then use the stick ASAP. Which I do. Then it says that the sticks are only good for 30 days. There are 20 sticks in the package and I do not use all 20 in one cycle. Obviously if I save them for the next cycle it goes past their 30 day "expiration date." It's probably not a good idea to use them past that time period but it just seems that if I'm paying that much, I better damn well use ALL 20 sticks. haha. Do any of you use them past the 30 days?

    I have longer cycles and sometimes use more than one per day.  Therefore I easily use all 20 in one cycle.  I wouldnt use them past their expiration date.

    I used mine for 3 months and they worked just fine.  Toward the end the lines would take a little longer to appear.

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    I think if you store them appropriately you can stretch them into a 2nd month. At least that's what I'm doing.
