Are opk's a cruel joke? I just started testing yesterday(9/28/10) and can already tell I am going to have a hard time 1. holding urine for four (4) hours and 2. limiting my intake of fluid for two hours prior to the test. Especially since I am testing twice a day...which amounts to only being able to use the rest room twice from 7-5.
Do you really have to hold urine for four hours to get an accurate reading on an OPK? (I am using clear blue easy) Any suggestions would be great!
Thanxs

Personally, I wouldn't be able to do it either. Not to mention trying to interpret the lines.
This is why I use the CBE digital opks and I test with FMU. I know it's not ideal, but I haven't had any problems catching my surge, so I'm going to keep doing it this way.
internet cheapies drove me batty. I felt like I never got a true positive
I switched to CBE digital. It's so much easier for me. I test with FMU only
