Is anyone in a local MOPs chapter?  I have only heard of it a few times, but it was mentioned on the SAHM board and it caught my eye.  I found a local chapter's website and was just wondering if anyone here has experience with this group and if you like it.  Please share.  Thanks!

    Ditto the previous posters.  Love MOPS!  And if you're in the Sac area and anywhere near Roseville - come with us! We meet every other Friday - this is our "off" week...we'll meet again next week!
