Cute DH story
I am teaching DS a few signs for things we say/do every day. Every night when we finish eating, I will do the "finished" sign before cleaning DS up and getting him down from his chair. This is what it looks like: https://www.babies-and-sign-language.com/sign-finish.html
The other night DS was done eating but I hadn't finished yet and DH was going to clean him up. So he looks at DS and says "Jacob, are you all done?" and holds his hands up in front of him and does what amounts to spirit fingers! It was sweet that he was trying to sign but so funny!

DH tends to make up signs he doesn't know. It's funny and so hard not to correct him- I'm just happy he's trying it out!
