Dear FB Friend...
I hate to tell you this, but... You are barely 12 weeks, which means that the baby is only 2 inches long, and hardly out from behind the pelvic bone. I know that some women are able to show something at that time, but that is a bump that covers your entire belly. So either, you have your dating is wrong, and you are MUCH further along than you thought that you were, or... you have really bad bloat. But please for the love of God, stop trying to sport that as a 3 month belly. Even your mother is having issues with the picture and questioning the validity of it.

It is an umbrella I found randomly on photobucket.
There really should be a post bump secrets page. I am sure that many of us have these friends that have no clue. And to top it off, this is her second child.

to be fair...this is my second and I posted a 13 week belly pic. Yes, I know the baby wasn't that high up, but my tummy was flat before.

Well to be fair my midwife told me that "most" women who are expecting baby number 2,3,4 tend to show alot faster than first time moms. Why? Well because when your pregnant with your first your body does not recognize the hormones and tends to hold it together til later on in the pregnancy. Unlike with baby #2 + They already know what to do and tend to "let go" and prepare for the next 9 months.
Playing Devil's Advocate here...Women who have been pregnant before tend to show much earlier in subsequent pregnancies...Something about the strength of the abdominal muscles, etc. But chances are, she probably is just a little too excited. :-)
