So if I ask for our family tree and you're too *whatever* to give it to me

Then don't complain because we picked a name that is not on our family tree. 

Ugh! I told my parents a few weeks ago I need help coming up with a boy name. I asked them to please email me the names they know. Last week, we figured out it is definitely a boy, and this is the first ultrasound I have not been able to walk away with a name. Again, I said, where's that list of names please?

Today, I say, we decided on a name. My dad's comment, "Oh. Well you'll probably change your mind before the baby gets here." Mom "Oh, where did you come up with that name? Hmm, that's an interesting one. You didn't even get our list of names."  

Sorry Mom, the only names you could bother mentioning were Stanley and Burleigh. We moved on.

    Eek, the only thing I can think of when I hear the name Stanley is the Office! Good choice to move on! Isn't it funny how people don't have any suggestions but seem to have a LOT of opinions about potential choices?
