1 day period

Has anyone had a one day period? Actual need for a tampon lasted one day with very light spotting for a few days after. Should I be concerned or is this just a random cycle oddity? Typically mine last about 4-5 days. I'd love to hear from anyone, but especially those who this has happened to before.

That sounds a lot like my periods when I was on BC. Did you O that cycle?

I can't confirm O since I didn't temp last month. OPK's said I did. My periods on BC were the opposite, almost 7 days.
