We found another house we love last weekend (if some of you remember, we made an offer last month, & it didn't work out). Anyway, the owner passed away & there's a trustee managing the estate. We made an offer on Saturday & they still haven't gotten back with us. You'd think they'd want to get a deal done!

GL Court! I hope you get it!

And I have a friend who just bought through a trustee. Even though there was one trustee (she was the daughter of the owner who had recently passed away), she had to check with all of her brothers first before she accepted the offer. It held up the process a little bit.

Thanks Em! There were no children & the trustee is through a local bank....I don't know where the proceeds go, but I wish they'd hurry up & give us an offer!
