  Mine lasted until about 20 weeks. I still get them occasionally, but not like I did in the 1st trimester.

  And a Tylenol and a Diet Coke would take the edge off for me.

  Oddly mine started in 2nd tri. But I do remember from being pregnant with dd1 that I hardly got any headaches in my 3rd tri.

  They do until you get one of many sinus infections caused by out-of-control allergies. Then they come back again in 3rd tri and stick around until your child moves out of the house.

  I hate to tell you, but mine got worse in the 2nd Tri. I hope it's not the same for you!

  I had them pretty much nonstop from week 7 to week 19.  I have my fingers crossed that they don't come back...

  Mine didn't get bad until about 13 weeks. Soo...no, they got worse. Ditto the Tylenol + a tad of caffeine to help.

  Mine totally sucked during first trimester!  I suffer from migraines normally so I was sort of expecting it to be bad.  But then, in second tri, they have totally vanished! I'm hoping they stay gone for the rest of the pregnancy!! Good Luck!  Tylenol Rapid Release and a Coke always helped me!  Also Ice pack to my head and neck helped too!  Hope they get better for you!
