First off, I didnt sleep well last night. I swear this pregnancy is giving me insomnia. I have NEVER had a sleeping problem before!!
I work at a call center, and deal with customers billing/collections. Normally, I can handle the ocassional screaming, rude customer that has nothing better to do then to cuss me out because THEY cant afford their bill... Well, today, this is just not the case....
This woman called and wanted to argue with EVERYTHING I said. I couldnt seem to answer any of her questions correctly, according to her. After 45 minutes of going back and forth, almost pushing me to tears, she decides to talk to my supervisor to complain about me.... I really was answering every question she asked... she just didnt like my answers, so would get mad and start screaming and arguing.
.... and then, at the end of my call... she actually said "I hope your day gets better" UGH!!! really??? Well, thats my rantin and ravin for the day! Thanks for listening.
Re: Rough day :-( (vent)
....Oh, and I guess I should add....
All of my customers have been hellish today. I have NEVER been this on edge or emotional at my job for the past 5 years that I have worked here. Just hormones, I guess.... but still bringin me down :-(
I think un-marked cop cars should be illegal! Sooo not fair :-(
Oh, and I ALSO have a metal PBA card (aka get out of jail free card) which I handed over with my documents, and the MFer dropped it on the ground. on purpose. Like he pretended he didn't even see it. I guess he hates pregnant girls too bc I was totally sticking my bump out and he didn't care. BOOOO!
Wow! I would have asked for his badge #, supervisor name and called in a major complaint. And I would have done that right after I went all Prego-Psycho on him. You could have run him over, not on purpose but if your brakes had failed or you couldn't stop in time! What an asshat!! Sorry your cupcakes took a tumble!
Ugh, my husband used to do this, too, and it drove me NUTS! Why doesn't he just set his alarm for a little later and hit the snooze once or twice? It's the reason I started wearing earplugs to bed!
