Measuring big

My sweet little Ella and I had our 24 week appointment today and she is a big girl!  My belly is measuring at 27 weeks, and the doctor said that she can tell it's all baby - not extra fluid!  So I am scheduled for an ultrasound in 2 weeks so they can measure her.  They don't want her to get to big for me.  I guess we'll just wait and see!  Anyone else have a big baby already?  I guess if she is growing so fast, I might end up with a December baby instead of a January baby!

    My daughter was always 2 weeks bigger starting at 16 weeks. They let mr go to my due date and would have let me go 2 weeks past but my bp was getting high. She was born at 8 lbs 7 oz. Cooper is about a week bigger again doctor will do my c-section at the normal time unless something happens before hand. He said even if I was not having a c-section he would let me go past my due date before inducing.

    I was measuring 3 weeks ahead at my last appointment.  I have been hoping that he will come early (around dec 20th) because that way DH can be there and get to bond with him for a couple weeks before he has to leave.  If he comes on his due date daddy will be gone and won't get to meet him for another 2 months (makes me cry every time I think about it).  Of course, all I really want is a healthy baby, but it would be nice to have DH there with me when he's born.

    Have they sent you for a GD test yet?  3 weeks ahead is definitely a big baby.  Hopefully she has just gone through a growth spurt and doesn't continue at this rate.
    I give up trying to get a ticker.  I have a DD that is 2.5 years old and is awesome.  Maybe I'll add a quote to distinguish myself.  Hmmm.  How about...

    At my last appointment i was measuring two weeks ahead. The doctor said we'd probably have an ultrasound at 32 weeks to check on the babys growth.

    I just had my GD test today, so I should get the results this week.  I hope she just hit a growth spurt.  I haven't even been showing until recently - everyone is amazed at how I have "exploded" within the past 2 weeks!
