Headache... Need some advice please !

My head's been hurting since last night... :( its not super painful but its definitely bothersome (kind of a lingering pain)... my concern is that i had a constant headache during the second trimester for a few days and developed bell's palsy on the right side of my face... luckily i ve managed to make a decent recovery of movement but now i fear it may happen on the other side... should i wait it out? i took some tylenol and have tried sleeping but its still kind of there... could use some advice... plus i have had high blood pressure but no protein in urine so dont know what it could be... could it just be one of those days? HELP !

    Call the doctor, especially with the high bp.  I've had high bp issues for this pregnancy and protein in urine is just one of the signs that there is a problem.  Absent protein doesn't mean that all is ok... They have to do bloodwork and NST to be sure  You don't want to mess around with that.  I've been in L&D for testing/monitoring several times over headaches that turned out not serious problems but so much better safe than sorry!

    I agree with the PPs. I had to be induced due to PreE and they kept saying one of the warning signs is a headache that does not go away with tylenol. So headache + high bp = call doc. Oh and the protein never showed up in my urine with the standard urinanalysis but with the 24 hour collection it did.
