What is your favorite holiday and why? Thanksgiving. I love pumpkins, turkey, etc. When I was a kid we had a progressional dinner between 4 families, something my grandparents had been doing over 30 years. I miss that tradition.

What is your favorite holiday and why? I love the reason for Christmas, I love being with DH (and this year DD, too!) at the midnight candlelight service on Christmas Eve, but honestly, I hate the commercial aspect of Christmas. I hate the pressure to buy for everyone and I hate that I have to spend my whole day traveling instead of spending quality time with my immediate family. I hope that this year is more enjoyable since we are cutting our list WAY down and spending the day at home together instead of going to see everyone else! sorry, end vent! lol!

What are you wearing today? Black slacks, stilettos, a black & white print top from Ann Taylor and a black cardigan from Anthropologie over it

What kind of car do you drive? Expedition Limited, LOVE my car

Dear my car, DH's car, and microwave,

I understand that things happen, however the fact that you all have malfunctioned or completely died (microwave) this week sort of hurts my feelings. Things are tough enough right now. I know God will never put more on me that I can bare, so I would never be upset with him. Instead I've decided to take my frustrations out on you!! Cars can you magically fix yourselves? And can a gift certificate to anyplace that sells microwaves magically appear in my mailbox? I've enjoyed using my stove to heat absolutely everything imaginable, but I miss the convenience of you microwave.
