RP: IF Insurance coverage petition for employers

Hi Ladies,

I was Google-ing something else, and came upon this form letter that you can give to your HR/Benefits department to petition that they include Infertility Treatments in their insurance coverage.

I am filling mine out right now, and will be sending it to my HR department this afternoon. I'm not getting my hopes up, but it certainly can't hurt.

    Ours covers some things, but not a lot.  I will send this to my husband and see if he wants to send it out!  Thanks!

    My insurance is through the federal government.... I think that they should definitely offer coverage, but i have looked through all the options and so far nothing....I wish that a letter would help.
