  I definitely trust them. If you happened to get a positive result on one, just follow up with a more expensive test to confirm.

  This is the second post I've read since joining the bump about IC's.  I guess I never thought to buy in bulk.  I was just hoping that I would get pregnant and one test would be enough.  Thanks for the helpful hint. 

  To answer your question, I would buy a Dollar Store cheapy.  I tend to shop there regularly for everything else and when in doubt with the result I'd buy another one at a drugstore just to be safe.  Good Luck and thanks for the internet savings suggestion.

  The Dollar Store ones have never lied to me.
