This is probably a stupid question, but is the photo in your sig actually you, or an actress? It looks to me like a close-up from a red carpet thing, or something. Or maybe my imagination is crazy.

    Haha no you're right! It's not me...it's Amy Adams. People sometimes say I look like her so I figured it's the closest thing to a photo of me. :)

    P.S. There are "real" photos of me in my blog. Which begs the question, why am I so concerned about posting them here if I don't mind posting them on my blog....hmmm.

    Doh! Not familiar with Amy Adams. That's probably super obvious to other people :) I realized afterward that you had a blog and saw a pic. I see the resemblance.

I think the main thing is I don't want anyone who might know me in real life just lurking on the board and suddenly go "Oh that's Ashley!" just b/c they saw a pic of me in my sig. Unless they take the time to actually click on my blog link they probably wouldn't make the connection.

    I have actually thought about taking my blog link out of my sig though...just because it does add that connection. I don't know...I'm weird about my privacy. Some days I feel too "exposed" on here and others I don't care!

    Annnnnd since I got to thinking about it again, I actually DID just remove my blog link from my siggy. It's not like it has anything to do with TTGP anyway! I keep that shiit under wraps! :)

    I had made my blog by invite only but then no one was reading it (unlike my whopping 9 followers now...) so I made it public. I've tried not to put too many identifying details in my blog or on the board, but anyone who is friends with me on FB would know my pics. Granted I am not friends with anyone I don't know on FB but I wouldn't really want some of them to know all the details I share here!

    Ooooh, and wait, wait, are you saying your name is Ashley? I'm so going to stalk you IRL now!
