Halloween face paint q

I need to do a nose & whiskers on DD for Halloween, to go with her puppy costume - any suggestions?

Last year I used my bare minerals eyeshadow (I wet it and painted it on.. it was last minute and it took forever).

I looked at Party City and the face "crayons" said not for use for under age 8, I wonder why?

I'm thinking of using liquid liner but just thought I'd see if you ladies had any suggestions.

I'm going to use black eye liner on DD's face this Halloween.

For an all-over face paint, I think I'd opt to make some myself. I don't trust what they sell in the stores. Family Fun has a recipe that looks easy:

I agree with making my own. As a kid, I was allergic to the store bought face paints and I would be afraid that my kids would be too. Plus I just do not now about what is in them.
