What is the best advice for a couple who is trying to conceive?

    The best advice:

    Learn everything you can.

    Read.

    "Taking Charge of your Fertility" is a good start.

    learn charting, learn your body

    Check out fertility friend by clicking on my ticker and go through their charting course, read the frequently asked questions, and watch the videos.

    Take pre-natal vitamins. 

    Other random pearls of wisdom::: 

    When in doubt, hump it out.

    If you think you should test, then test. No one online can tell you if you are pregnant.

    agree with both PPs. Another piece of advice-if you are going to be a somewhat regular on this board, tell us some things about yourself and share your chart, if you are charting yet. It makes it easier for people to respond when you seem a bit more familiar
