So embarrassing....

So I'm a teacher and I can't just leave class whenever I want.  However, the past few days I've had these urges that just come and I have diarrhea.  So embarrassing, but I've had to basically run to the bathroom and grab another teacher to look after my classroom.  (This happens 2-3 times per day.)  Is anyone else having strange digestive issues?  This is so embarrassing and is interfering with my job.

    Yup, this was me one day last week.  Luckily, it doesn't happen that often, but it sure sucks when it does.  I also work in an office, but it's still kind of awkward having to leave my desk for long periods of time every hour or so.

    haha yes! I've definitely had a case of the sh*ts that won't seem to go away for about 3 weeks now. Maybe about twice a week I'll get constipated which is just as uncomfortable.
