high temp and spotting?

so in my charting life I only start AF (and usually it starts with a bang) when there is large/moderate temp drop. so today of course, temp rise higher than the whole month, and spotting? WTF?

(and no, I haven't tested, I promised myself after last month I wouldn't test until after AF was due - can you believe the restraint!! where's my prize??) - and my cycle is usually 28 (today) -31 days. 

m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    What kind of spotting is it? Could it possibly be an implantation bleed? Maybe you ovulated later than you think? Or maybe its a late implantation??

    TMI: super faint pink/brown.  and just a bit. I've never had implantation spotting, so I don't know. also, honestly, if I O'd later than FF thinks (and later than those 2 +OPK which I doubt, then I am def not pg) -- there was very little . . .um. . you know what after what we thought was FWP.

    also, re: temp rise, I didn't drink last night, am not sick, and slept really well.

    I had a couple of random cycles like that where it went up on the first day of spotting and didn't go down until CD1.  You'll just have to see what happens tomorrow, I guess.

    That sounds interesting.  You've been going at this long enough to know your body and any variance from the norm could be a sign of something.  I hope you get good news when you test!  :)

    When I've had implantation spotting it's been earlier, like at 10 or 11 dpo - but I've heard of it being later too.  The temp rise is interesting... I hope you get a BFP tomorrow!

    interesting...

    i always have spotting before af but usually my temps start to decrease w/ the spotting.  My last BFP i did have spotting on cd 11 and 12 (i think). 

    and wow, i can't believe you haven't tested yet.  GL!!!!!!!

    Peeking in.....and my fingers are crossed for you!!!

    I had spotting on the day AF was supposed to arrive and then it stopped the next day.  I tested that night and BFP!  RE said it was implantation spotting.

    Boy.....do I hope you have the same story to tell soon!!!!

    I've been chart stalking you for a few days and actually saw the chart before the post. I say implant spotting maybe? the brown tinge is whats making me think that. Its old blood so it could be from an implant a few days ago (I hope) :)

    When do you plan to give in and test? and yes you deserve an award for holding out this long.
