The funniest episode of I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant is on! This lady pushed out a baby with her pants on, and told the nurse she could feel something wiggling against her thighs. The nurse was like "ok let me help you out of your pants" and proceeded to cut her pants off. The nurse then exclaimed, "Congratulations! It's a girl!" and the mother says "A girl what?"
The nurse then goes on to clear things up by saying "Honey, you just had a baby in your pants!"

Some how this gives me hope. Lol Birth must not be that painful if you can do it in your pants and not even realize it.
Or she was really loose... Like hotdog in a hallway loose.
hahaha! it gives me hope too! Or maybe it's all mental, you know? If it's not labor, you can deal with the pain. If it IS labor, there are options.
My husband has the same rational when he gets a migraine. If he calls it a "headache" he can go about his business (in pain, but getting stuff done).
YES!! that one was insane! Either she was BSC to begin with, or the hormones and the pain made her make stupid decisions. Maybe a bit of both?
That one was my favorite!!! What dumb@$$ doesn't call the doctor when she's having severe pain and cramping that she thinks is due to ovarian cysts bursting?? Oh, we will just let it go - it will be fine! And that wasn't even the worst part about it! Mindblowing!

I saw that one... stupid moron didn't even take the baby to get checked!
Im voting BSC! Especially if her DH had to question if she stole someones baby LMAO. OH and the actress was way cuter than the real girl ha-ha just thought I would throw that out there.
the actors usually are more attractive than the actual people! my favorite actor vs. person combo was a girl who had a really strong southern accent and had really bad grammar. the actress who played her had a hint of an accent and had excellent grammar. i think they try to "tone down the ugly" haha
I don't care how they try to explain this stuff, some of it has GOT to be made up. Seriously.
Although I knew a lady who didn't know IRL... but how can there be THAT MANY people?!
I agree with the giving hope part
How do you miss delivering a baby in your pants? Frankly, how do you miss being pregnant and end up delivering a full term baby. I call made up. I know I certainly could not have hidden this pregnancy at all.
I've been watching this show a lot lately.. and I can't believe how stupid people are!
The best part was the look on that lady's face when the nurse told her she had a baby in her pants *que huge eyes*
"She had literally just had a baby, in her pants!"
Best. Episode. Ever.
