Babies R Us Coupons

I really am not sure where to post this- hopefully here is ok!

I am new to shopping at BRU & am trying to figure out how there coupons work.  A few weeks back I bought something & they put a little coupon booklet in my bag - there are two 20% off any one baby item coupons - one of them is valid 9/24-10/3 and the other is valid 10/4-10/14. 

I am curious that since now the first one is valid, have they started handing out a new booklet that would not start until 10/15?

Any expereinced BRU shoppers out there that are in the know?  Thanks!

    Yes, I just got one yesterday that is good for 10/15-10/28.

    I went to BRU on Friday and I already received coupons for the end of Oct beginning of Nov. Usually there are 2 in the books, one for one week and one for the following week. I also get a bunch mailed to me every month.

    I am feeling a little bit jilted, I shopped there last thursday and they didn't give me any coupons, in fact I shopped there about two weeks ago as well and didn't get coupons. Not to mention the fact that I don't get anything in the mail from them. . . my mom does but not coupons. What am I doing wrong?!

    Did you sign up in-store for the free BRU Rewards R us card? They usually scan that first before they scan the coupons.  Also, sometimes they forget to give me the coupon and I ask them for it.. HTH!
