  I'd count the first day of actual red blood. If it was Saturday, count from there. GL & welcome!

  I'd say Saturday would be CD1, but I dunno...that's tricky! Going off meds really stinks

  I would say the first day of actual blood flow (Saturday) is what you should count as CD1.
