Seriously, just saw one. It WAS pretty cool. Didn't quite have the same experience as the dude in the video, though. Everyone on campus was taking pictures of it.

At the very least the same state! It seems like there was a swath of people seeing it from where I am to my hometown--not so much the double rainbow there, though!
