Another question about cd21 testing

What all were you tested for? My script says progesterone, lupus anticoagulant, antinuclear antibody, anticardiolipin, Leiden factor v mutation, prothrombin gene mutation. Anyone know what all of this is and if it also makes a difference if done on cd21 vs 7dpo?

The progesterone needs to be done 7dpo. The reason your script says cd21 is they're assuming cd14 ovulation. I'm not sure if it matters what day the other tests are run on, I've never had any of them.

I know what you're talking about regarding the progesterone on 7dpo.

I asked him about it today when he said to go on day21 vs when I'm actually 7dpo and he said just to go on day 21 and that whatever dpo I happened to be would give him a good enough idea where my progesterone is on that cd vs where it should bd on that cd and where i'd likely be at 7dpo (for example if I'm 4dpo then he'd compare to what he'd expect at 4dpo). My concern about this is that I might not have even o'd yet and if I just decide to go when I'm 7dpo maybe the other things he's testing for won't be accurate? I think I'll call his office when ff confirms o and go from there.
