I have a short LP & Progesterone Deficiency . I generally O on day 18 or 19 and start AF on day 25-27. I am taking B-6, however my doctor isn't optimistic about it. I did find out that my lining & follies look good (just about 4 days behind) so there is a possibility I could get pregnant wo help (just a higher chance of MC-so I will have to get a progesterone test right away when I get a BFP). If I am not pregnant by the holidays we will look at a SA for DH & then start Clomid to speed up my O date. Hope that helps.

Hmm...this sounds similar to my case. I've Oed between 22-25 with LP of 7-8 days. This is my second cycle on B6, but the first cycle actually dropped me down to an LP of 7 days I'm going to call my Dr. if this LP isn't improved. Just found out today that my mom had progesterone issues as well, so lucky me, looks like it might be hereditary! I have a totally normal cycle except that darn LP!
Re: Anyone have ovulatory dysfunction?
Usually after a full work-up of tests and b/c for you and DH, a lot of people start with Clomid or Femara to induce ovulation and go from there.
I didn't ovulate b/c i have PCOS and am using metformin and actos to treat insulin resistance and to regulate my cycles and it did help me ovulate.
