Ok so- Noah had that weirdo diaper rash that went away when we put him in disposables for a week and I "stripped" his diapers with Dawn (just dawn and a lot of hot rinses).
Well, 4 days back into our CDs, he's got the rash again!
When I asked the Dr first time around he said to just put Neosporin on it (it was like an open wound for a while there) and diaper rash cream. We did (cream we're using is Dr. Smith's), and now we're back in the disposables doing this again! It was 100% gone and now it's 100% back! WHATTHECRAP?!
What do I need to do to my diapers to fix this?
(for the record, we may be going back to the dr this week because Noah also has a pretty disgusting nose at the moment, so I'll mention it to the pedi when we go.)
Re: Help us get back into CDs!
have you tried different inner fabrics? Maybe it's a reaction to suedecloth or fleece?
If you have a variety of diapers, I'd probably just bleach them.
Big E (6) & Little E (2.5)
Well, we mainly use BGs and have since he was about 2 months old- would he randomly just now get a reaction to them?

i'd bleach them and rinse, rinse, rinse.
i just bleached mine for the first time and it seemed to work.

Do you have any other sort of CD you can try to see if it is a fabric reaction?
If not, you could totally make something to try for a bit. Prefolds out of old sheets, or even a fitted out of sheets and terry cloth (from old towels).
It's worth a shot, right?
