advice: i might be preggies

hi everyone, i think i might be preggies  i kind of had a lot of sex without using condoms with my love bunny and then  i got really sick for a lot of months. now my tummies sticks out like a good half a foot and it moves a lot by itself. do you think i might be preggies?
