I have some bacon I need to fix up tonight...besides doing breakfast for dinner...any ideas on what else I could fix?

I'm tossing some crumbled bacon into cream of potato soup. Or do you have any potatoes on hand? You could have a loaded baked potato? I might also do an open faced ham and cheese melt and thought about putting bacon on that too.

you could do hamburgers w/bacon on top...

bacon sandwiches (or blt)

what about a bacon wrapped meatloaf? i think i've seen recipes for that before.

Twice baked potatoes with bacon on top

Club sandwiches with bacon

chicken breast stuffed with cheese and spinach wrapped in bacon--serve over rice

bacon cheese burgers

green beans with bacon and balsamic vinegar

crumble over salad

jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon

not light but delish...wrap bacon around chicken and then dip in brown sugar and bake. HTH

Oh my gosh...definitely trying this out this week!

And all the potato soup mentions sound delish...maybe I'll be switching up my menu this week!

Thanks for all the yummy tips! We went with bacon in green beans and it was sooo good! Cant wait to try some of these other ideas as well! Thank you!!! Smile
