Where I'm at
Hey ladies. I'm continuing to get bad news from the RE. My FH levels are way too high. Dh's motility and morphology continue to be bad. We may be at the end of our game. I need to schedule a follow up appointment with the RE to officially discuss our options, but right now they are recommending things that we are not ready/prepared to do. Before we started this process Dh and I talked about how far we were willing to go, what they are recommending is beyond that. We are reconsidering, but it's tough. Please know that I'm lurking and thinking of you all, but chances are good I won't post a ton. I'll let you all know where we decide to go after the next RE appointment.

Are you talking about your FSH levels? If so, please read my post below. I am going through the same. Can I ask what your levels are? If you want to PM, please do. We learned that a friend had levels over 70! and is now going through her second successful IVF pregnancy with twins.
I have done a bunch of research this weekend. First off, get another opinion, I am. Wheatgrass and acupuncture have been proven to lower the FSH levels.

I'm so sorry Kristy. I hope some of Kona's tips can help you. Has DH done anything to improve his motility? Someone (I think suntoto or sweetied) has a list of supplements for the guys. I put DH on zinc, L-carnitine, and Vitamin C. I also had him switch to boxers. I don't know how much it's helping, but it can't hurt.

I'm so so sorry love. I understand and think we're probably at pretty similar places right now.

Sounds like Kona has some good strategies. I'm sorry things are looking so dim. I wonder, sometimes, if our doctors paint intentionally grim pictures sometimes.
Here's hoping you guys can prove the doctor wrong.
