Awww cute DH/ Awww No DH...

Awww Cute:

DH is now trying to figure out the whole temping/charting thing. Super cute that he is asking questions. Like this morning when he asked what my temp did (up/down). And lastnight when he was trying to figure out how the graph should go and if we were still trying to make a baby or waiting to see if our hard work ;) payed off... He also patted my belly and told the "litter feller" to grow (ok, so he is still learning) :)

Yep, that Colton "feller" will have a nn of Colt. Like the Indianapolis Colts. Uhhh, no. I am hoping this is a passing phase so that I dont have to hurt his feelings and nix the football themed baby name. Super cute that he is getting all excited and interested, but Colt? hahaha

    My brother's name is Colt...but, to each their own. Smile

    I think it is becoming more and more popular though so it might not be totally football related!

     ETA: Oh, just noticed you are in Indy...okay, I could see why you would think it would be football related now!

    I dont think it is a bad name, and I like Colton.

    It is just that the main reason for him picking this is because he is a huge Colts fan. --thats the part that cracks me up :) and who knows, it may grow on me. But, I am over here in TTC, so it may be a long while.

    Althogh, I love that he is thinking of names. So cute thinking about him being a Dad :)

    That is cute that your DH is excited and learning!

    I'm with you on the name, though. As a former Hoosier, I now have the Q95 "Lord Help Our Colts" song stuck in my head. :)

    Hehe I do know two new babies with the name Colt, I think it is becoming more popular. That said, it isn't on my list of names either, so that will be a fun one for you two to talk out after your BFP comes Wink

    Yep, DH bleeds Blue :)

    I think if it wasnt so obvious I would like it more. I really expected him to suggest Peyton as a name too. But, we have plenty of time for that to come up. :)

    Yeah, totally. Hehe I have tried to have the names talk with DH and he's going "ah! one step at a time! We have a lot of time to discuss that when we finally get pregnant". And yeah, he already does say "when we finally" we are pretty impatient people...

    Ooooh no... We are Bengals fans and I do actually like the name Carson but not solely for that reason, and I would never ever name a second kid Palmer!

    OP, my SIL is in love with Peyton Manning and if they had a boy was wanting to name him that. And my niece's middle name is Peyton Smile
