cd22 or cd18??

I posted about my odd bleeding last month, but never after I had a definite period flow show up. I'm not charting for now, but I would still like an idea of when cd1 is for my own calendar I'm keeping. Maybe one day I'll add temps to it if I'm unsuccessful after a couple more cycles.

One Monday (22 days ago) I had some red bleeding. This did not seem like a regular period. I had bleeding after sex in the morning. Then nothing during the day, then more red blood that night. enough that a panty liner was needed, but not enough to soak through a heavier pad. This was followed by 3 days of brown spotting. Enough for a panty liner.

On Friday this turned to a normal red period flow with cramps. So this day is when I was confident I had AF.

So - would you count that Monday as CD1 or Friday as CD1?
