My iPhone helps me pump

My dad uploaded tons of photos and videos of DS onto Phanfare, so I've started watching them while I pump and I'm noticing improved output.  Yay!

The hazard is that I get emotional.  There was a video of my mama running through L&D to get to my room and her first seeing DS and I was bawling.

    That's such a great idea! My job is really high-stress, and I find it hard to relax when I have to run to go pump and then watch the clock and run back to work... so maybe picks of DS would help me =)

    when i think of Samantha it helps alot, or smell a blanket she has been using it helps too. Pictures might help you a lot srbmvp.
