Re-lactation success stories

There are several of us on here trying to re-lactate. Berrybuzz for one is doing awesome! Me on the other hand... it's slow going.

I know I saw at least one ticker that showed re-lactation success. If you have successfully re-lactated, I was wondering if you would mind sharing your experiences and journey through it. I think it would help those of us trying right now to get a little perspective, and know that this really can be successful.

Thanks so much!

  • not re-lactating but trying to increase my supply which was basically zero.

a few weeks ago i'd only get .5 oz when pumping.  now i'm at 1.5 oz each session (every 3-4 hours) and can give dd 6 oz of bm each day.

after a major failure with reglan, i've just ordered domperidone and hoping that helps!

i was pumping nothing 2 weeks go and within 24hours i had some output, sometimes it takes months for woman to see results with Domperidone, some see results right away.  i was about where you are at, except i couldnt pump anything, but i could self express drops. so you are welcome to join us its almost like you are re-lactating. im pumping as much as i can during the day (im a stay at home mom so i know i can do it more then some of the working moms.) but try and pump every 2-3 hours vs the 3-4 hours you are doing it now. also try and pump between 1am-5am (i know imiss this too because my daughter sleeps through the night) but most woman get more output at that time.
