I usually go in wearing capris. They stretch out my legs when I'm there, so I don't recommend wearing a skirt or dress. Otherwise, whatever you want to wear is just fine.

You don't need any special clothing. I would usually go in comfy clothes though. If it's chilly I would put on a zip up hoodie or sweater rather than a pull-over since they may ask you to take it off or if you get uncomfortably warm.
If you're not coming from a certain place just wear something comfortable. I usually wear my yoga pants and a tshirt. BUT I have got from work in a dress before and he has adapted! haha. I get upper shoulder work done as well as lower back and just make sure that if you're getting something like that done the dr can get to your shoulders with the massage gel (same stuff used for ultrasounds!)

I usually walk there from work during lunch and wear what I"m wearing to work. A couple of times I was wearing a dress, obviously not thinking that morning that i had an appointment and he just put a towel over the lower half of my body.
Good luck and I hope it helps you like it has helped me!
Whatever you have on will be fine. I usually have on a tshirt and sweats or jeans. I do find it easier if I'm not wearing flip flops though, just because when I'm laying on my stomach, it's hard to keep them on.
