Virgin Mobile anyone??

Has anyone here ever used Virgin Mobile??   I just found out that you can get unlimited Internet, Data, Text messaging, and email along with 300 anytime minutes for only $25 a month!!  Right now for all that I'm paying well over $100 through verizon..    

Through my internet research I've learned that they're owned by sprint so they get service wherever sprint phones do, but they have a lot of horrible customer service complaints.   I figure people in general only write customer service reviews when they have a bad experience so I tend to take that with a grain of salt, but I was hoping someone here would have some first hand experience?

    A good friend's teenage daughter has this plan and loves it. Of course, she IS a teenager, so she mostly texts with this plan, but nonetheless, she loves it.

    Oh man that sucks.  Well not really because that seems too good to be true.  I love my sprint service as far as it works great in the areas I use it.  I just got hooked into a 2 year contract though to get a new phone.  I guess I should have researched some more and taken my #.  Bummer.  Looks like a good plan to me, I text, and use data more than I talk on the phone. But I wonder what the cons are?

    I also definitely text and use the internet on my phone, more than I make calls.    Right now I get like 600 min through Verizon and as of today I am half way through my billing cycle and I've only used 63 minutes, probably would have used even less but I was out of town last week =P    From what I can see, the downside is a small number of min (not a problem with me) and the potentially horrible customer service...

    But then again you could up it to $40 and get 1200 minutes, or $60 for unlimited!  That's insane.  It's $100 for unlimited everything on Sprint.
