So I worked late last night and called DH on my way to my dad's house after I got off work. We were making conversation as usual and DH blurts out that he got me a present. He went grocery shopping today and is a big hippie/organic type dude and so I thought it was vitamins or something like that. Got to dad's house, visited, completely forgot about said present.
Let me back track for a minute. On our honeymoon, I saw a wood carving of a kissing couple that I just loved and had to have. This is the picture. It's kind of abstract which is why I like it.

So I got home and saw a gift wrapped up on the kitchen counter and remembered the present. (I didn't think it was vitamins anymore bc he's never wrapped them before). So I open the gift and immediately just start bawling and smiling like a doofus. DH bought me a very similar carving, but I think you'll notice the little something extra in it that really got me.

It's a baby!!! And it's official that DH is the best gift-giver ever. Crap and all I think of to get him is ties. ::facepalm::
