Belly cast?

Was just wondering if any of you planned on doing this or have done this for a previous pregnancy.  My DH's coworker just did one with his wife and it has DH interested (why, I couldn't tell you. But its baby related and he is interested so I am not saying a word!) to do one so I was just looking for some feedback on how it went and if you used a kit or not.  Thanks!

    I do not want to do this.. I just cannot imagine what the heck I would do with it after.  It for sure would not go on display in our house, so what's the point of doing it if it's just going to sit in storage, gather dust, and get broken at some point in a few years.

    It's just not my style.
