What highchair are you getting?

...or which ones are on your short list if you're still looking around?

I know that it's not an immediate necessity for baby, but there are tons of options and I honestly love quite a few of them for different reasons. Being the oldest of 6 kids, I vividly remember how gunky the highchairs would get and how hard they were to clean... so something that is easy to clean (minimal grooves, small spaces, etc.) is top of my list!

I'm seriously considering the Tripp Trapp and the Age HiLo chair. I also like the Valco Baby Astro (b/c it's easy to fold and transport to the grandparent's house or store later).

I am definitely considering the Tripp Trapp too. I really like the fact that it goes right up to the table and won't be taking up extra space. Other highchairs seem very bulky and can be a pain to clean.

I like the Fisher Price high chairs. They came highly recommended and had great ratings on Consumer Reports. The first time we had a Ocean Wonders. This time (since we are having twins), we got the space savers. They look good.

My mom got us the Graco Mealtime high chair. It's still in the box so I can't really say anything about it. The tray comes apart and is dishwasher safe though. Not that I have a dishwasher, but it's a neat factor lol (sorry for the monster link!)

I got the Fisher Price ones. We don't have room in our house for full sized ones, so these seemed perfect for us. Plus they came highly recommended by other MoMs.

We have the Chicco and I am very happy with it. However, you are looking at a totally different style of chair. So, based on that, I suggest the Stoke. Everyone I know who has it, loves it. We would've gotten that one, but I have a custom made farm table and it wouldn't fit under the table. The Chicco has the ability to be raised and lowered and can be folded to get put away.

We're getting the Safety 1st Snack and Scribble Booster Seat instead of high chairs. They'll save space and they're easily portable.

I have the Ocean Wonders; DS used it. I like that the tray pops off for easy cleaning and the seat cover also comes off easily for cleaning.

We are getting the Antilop from Ikea. It is really affordable ($25), easy to clean, doesn't take up a lot of space, and my brother used it through their 5 kids...

We got the space saver one that goes ontop of a regular chair. We don't have a lot of floor or storage space in our kitchen so that one will work best.

The Graco Blossom 4-in-1...watch the demo...I was sold! Got great reviews. I loved the versatility, easy use, easy clean and since we plan to have another child soon after this one the fact that you can use this for 2 children.
