You're H is Air Force, correct? Have you been to legal on base for your divorce? If you go there before your H, you can use the services for free. I noticed on your other post about child support that someone told you even though there is a court order, he doesn't have to pay the c/s right away... but your daughter will still have a lot of the benefits if you're H stays in military. The Military nesties board on the nest is full of women who know their shiit and can offer you advice for anything military. You can also PM me if you have any questions. GL.

    Thanks. i went to the legal office and they said all they can do is offer legal advice but as far as going through the whole divorce process, I would have to get a outside lawyer. Lame right? But thanks for the advice! Hopefully all of this is smoothly .. doubt it... but one can hope right? :D

    Yea you still have to get a lawyer, but you can save a lot of money by calling them first instead of using your lawyer for advice (and thus them charging you for the hours). There a lot of resources for you, just research!
