Hand-dyed cotton gauze

I'm going to attempt to make my own wrap and I'm looking for a pretty cotton gauze for it. Does anybody know where I can find some hand-dyed gauze that is suitable for making a wrap?

  • The first place I would look is at a fabric store and if they don't have anything there you like most carry dyes and you could dye it yourself.  You can also use osnaburg and dye it as well to make a wrap.

  • I was looking at doing this too. I found a great site www.dharmatrading.com that sells all kinds and colors of dye depending what you want to do and also books and stuff on how to do it and get what you want. But I'm also curious to see if anyone has any suggestions of where to get already dyed fabric.
