Hello Ladies : trying to get pregant

I have been trying to get pregant for a few months now with my hubby.  I am an elementry school teacher, and we just started back to school a few weeks ago..  I love my job but it can be stressful at times.  Does anybody have any suggestions about how to relax and get pregant?  I did break down and buy an ovulation kit to test, and I had the timing right.. according to the simile face :)

    Hi :)

    I learned to try doing the leaving things at school and not bringing it home last year.  I have k-2  I teacher writing and social studies.  My hubby is a firefighter too, so he works a lot,but is going to take time off from his 2nd job :) So I hope that helps, I am 29 and am totally ready for a family.  My mom had several miscarries and I hope that will not be the cast with me.. it's emotional she has been dead for 5 years.. I am sure she is looking out for us :)

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

     OP- if you find a way to relax through this process, I'd love to hear it.  Maybe I need another hobby that doesn't involve thebump or fertilityfriend...

    GL!  I use Mr Smiley myself & he's pretty darn accurate.  You probably O' a day or two after Mr Smiley. For more info I'd read TCOYF & What to Expect Before You're Expecting. Lots of helpful stuff.  I'd also check out charting sites like FF & MFC for charting info as well as the answers to a lot of your questions in the articles on those websites.

    I don't have much advice about how to seperate home and work life, I don't do it well myself.... I too just bought OPKs about a month and a half ago hoping it would up my chances...good luck and I hope your stay is short and sweet!

    First step - learn how to spell it. It is pregNant not pregant. I thought it was a typo but you spelled it that way throughout the entire post. You are a teacher?

    Thanks, Saucy.  I can't believe how many combined mistakes there are between two teachers.  I are one, too, but I is better at riting apparently.
